John is our field property manager. After a successful career as a retail executive, John has focused his last 5 years on property management.
The skills he has acquired and developed over the past 25+ years will allow him to effectively manage your properties and ensure all aspects are functioning properly.
Ming Peng
Ming is the co-owner of the company and has been in the property management business for 15 years. She has a background in information technology which she has been using to keep the company ahead of the curve with technology. She oversees the overall operations of the company, ensures quality control of maintenance, accounting, and ensures the properties are meeting the owners investment needs.
Estela Solano
Estela is the property management assistant. She has 5 years of property management experience, and a background in loan processing and underwriting. Some of her duties include accounting, rent collection and showing properties.
Third Eleria
Third is our administrative assistant. He has been working in the Real Estate industry for 3 years. He helps us with maintenance coordination, documentation (leases/renewals), and other support help(login issues, running reports).
Ramy Pacerline
Ramy has 15 years of experience in property management accounting. Her team pay all our bills and reconcile our books with Appfolio against our bank accounts.
Jenny Lin
Jenny is the other owner and is the broker of Flying Tigers Property Management/Joom Investments. She has been in 15 years in real estate and works also for Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services.
